Questions people actually ask
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. You keep what you paid for until the period you already bought runs out.
Do unused decks roll over?
No — all limits reset monthly, on the same date each month, whether you used them or not.
What if a deck fails?
It is not counted against your month. A run that does not produce a deck is refunded automatically.
Do I need Anki?
Yes, and it is free. Pengu makes the deck; Anki is where you review it.
My script is longer than 200 pages.
Split it and upload the halves — they import into the same deck, because the notetype id is fixed.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing happens to decks you already downloaded. They are Anki files on your own machine, and they stay yours.
